How to make an eye primer.

So I made an eye prime with foundation,concealer,and body butter and it doesn't work at all. I want to make an eye primer instead of going out and buying an expensive one. Can someone please help me?

A professional MUA I was working with a while back taught me this trick: For a quick primer replacement, apply foundation to your eyelids, and using a fluffy blending brush, apply a setting powder over the top. I haven't bought a primer in ages because this little trick is a lifesaver!

^I don't think thats a good idea.. I mean if I don't prime my under eye are well,my makeup just settles on my fine lines! Just try elf's its jst fr $1 or if you can get UD's fr $13! (:

I used some dove cream, powder and foundation to create my own eye primer, they're too expensive here and I don't need that much makeup around my eyes (I'm 16) you should try it may work!

Yes primers hasn't been around forever..but then I just used my moiturizer or when went to a salon they sprayed first :) its jst not for some ppl @Emilee you can try what Lizzy said ;) xo.
