I'm working on finding a hair regimen for myself and just recently came across something known as cowashing. I've never done thus before and I wanted your alls opinion on it and tell me if it works for you. thanks beauties!

I use a mock form of cowashing in that I use a 2in1 shampoo (which means its a conditioner as well) and I use a double strength conditioner after that. I only really need to do this in the winter time though.

I just tried it first time an hour ago. My hair is still wet, but it feels very clear.
I decided to try because my ends are dry and my scalp is very sensitive and itchty, and also wanted smth more gentle because I,m growing my hair out:-)
I was lucky to find a blong where is explained how to, and I guess that it,s about tech too:-)
