All I want is to have long/full hair. The problem that I have is I already have dry/brittle/damaged hair and I have a horrible habit of splitting/picking my ends. How do I stop!?

Leave them alone for a couple of months(no heat) have them trimmed once every couple of months and buy some deep conditioning products which you use twice a week.this will eventually give you results!
