What are good bleaching and coloring (colors like pink, blue, pastel colors, etc.) products that I could purchase from Sallys beauty supply? Other places can work too.

I heard ion works pretty well but just for warning youll probly have a hard time removing them if you decide you don't like them anymore.

Quick blue bleach and manic panic or ion!

I recommend bleaching at a salon.. and if you can order color online, I recommend Jerome Russell Punky Colors(also at Ulta) or Special Effects. If you're going to Sally's I would recommend Manic Panic, Ion is junk. It leaves very inconsistent, blotchy results and the consistency is soooo thick-I needed about 4 tubes to completely saturate my chin length hair.
