I just got my hair cut like, 3 weeks ago & already I've noticed a decent amount of split ends :/
I use:
- John Frieda sheer blonde shampoo & conditioner
-Loreal power moisture mask
- Aussie heat protecting spray
- Redken anti-snap formula
-Bed Head split end mender leave in conditioner
I also only use heating tools (straightening, curling, etc) once a week at most.
what can I do to get more moisture in my hair & prevent split ends from happening??

Big fluffy pillows are awful for hair. a nice flat one will prevent breakage. do not brush or comb your hair while its wet and always brush from ends to roots in sections to detangle. when using a flat iron only pass over the ends once and for curling wands begin the curl at the middle and wrap the and around loosely.

Straighten your hair without heat, it comes out just as flat as an iron. 😊 I have a link on my profile page under Useful Links ❤ irons burn a lot so you definitely don't want to use it! For curls try no heat or heated rollers work beautifully and come in different sizes. These are cool enough to touch with your hand so I'm sure they don't burn anything like a wand or iron does. Do lots of treatments on your hair... We neglect our hair so much that we usually forget to pamper it ❤ most of these treatments can be used with stuff you have in your kitchen , as long as you keep it strong and happy it'll be fine. Split ends happen all the time even without heat, things as simple as brushing your hair can encourage split ends 😕its very important to do a lot if strengthening treatments to keep your hair strong for when you do style it 😊
When you do style your hair, lets say you still use the iron. Don't use a water based product, you're still sizzling it. Sprays are for blow dryers. It should be a cream or an oil based moisturizer. I hope this helped some 😊

I agree completely with Kenzie! And another thing I recommend is doing hot oil treatments regularly. I especially love coconut oil...it works wonders for hair!
