Too many good shampoos with sulfate that I could refer you too.. But you can use extra Virgin olive oil as a pre conditioner and then go about conditioning and shampooing. I use coconut oil.

I love the conditioners for both if them, but I love the design essential one.. They even have a line for natural hair if your into that.

Yes I use it. I actually switched from a high end brand to get this a try. Glad I did. I have noticed my hair appears more healthy and overall looks better. I especially look the Smooth as Silk Conditioner. I am very impressed and highly satisfied for the amount of money I paid for this product.
