Most girls start doing makeup at around 13 :? I know someone who didn't start until 16 though. It really depends on the person though. I'm 12 going to be 13 in 1 week and 6 days. And I don't wear any makeup except for recitals.

I see no problem in young girls experimenting with makeup! It's an art form and type of self expression for us all, so why discriminate?(: I do, however, have an issue with pageant moms primping their toddlers up like little sex kittens.

I think 13 is a good age to start, but as long as they're face isn't all caked and orange with raccoon eyes.. but of you can hold of makeup for as long as possible, that's great. your skin will be much healthier (:

The longer you wait the better! If you don't have acne or anything then you shouldn't wear anything heavy like foundation cause then you really will get acne but mascara and gloss is good.
