Hey Lovely Ladies!
Has anyone tried any of the high lift browns from Feria? More specifically Downtown Brown?
I'm typically pretty good at DIY color but...this time I'm nervous!
My current hair color is a med brown.
Any advice would be great!! ;)

Is your hair natural color? Or colored?

Be careful, you never know how long that color has been sitting on the shelf. So, what level brown are you? Are you around the color that is the picture? When you color your hair you need to know what's already in it, what you're putting in it, such as the base color etc.(this one is an ash base, if your hair is damaged ends may grab base color due to pourous) and if your hair tends to pull a certain color. Color doesn't lift color so you're not necessarily going to get the color on the box.

Hi Maria my hair is colored medium brown. My natural color is a light brown. I've got about an inch of roots right now.
Thanks Annmarie! My hair is pretty healthy maybe a little dry at the ends. My hair does tend to pull brassy so I thought the ash would help with that. But, definitely don't expect it to get as light as the box pic... Ha if it does that would just be freakishly amazing lol
I'm probably just going to return it & go to the salon like a good girl ;)

You may want to do a test strand first if.possible. since you already ha e color on your hair, this might not do anything. and if it does, then your regrowth maybe a lot lighter then the rest of your hair.

I say go to a pro. Then when it's time for a touch up you can try it but to get the color right go pro.
