I have my work Christmas party on Saturday and I can't decide how to do my makeup :(

I just bought this dress and I have a black and gold belt to go with it (I haven't decided on shoes yet) so I was thinking a pretty gold eye but not sure on the rest of the look

Thanks so much for the ideas ladies! I'm fair with blue eyes and have short scarlet red hair so sometimes it's hard to match everything up :)
