I have the same problem but worse. I have scars that I hide from scratching. But over time it's gotten better. The only diagnosis I've gotten after spending so much money on this issue is contact dermatitis which is BS. Idk what triggers it or stops it but I've just kept moisturized at ALL times and I don't shave I only wax my legs when I need to.

Vaseline on your legs specially in this cold weather it will keep it from getting dryer. I personally use Vaseline on my little boy in the winter to keep he's skin from looking dried.

I'd invest in a body scrub and a body butter that keeps away dead skin. I use soap & glory for both. They have a bunch of body scrubs to choose from. And then for the body butter I would go with the 'butter yourself" one. It has alpha hydroxy acids in it which will keep away dead skin so your skin will be smoother. I use it every day and I think I've found my holy grail body butter. I've never been so impressed with any one of them so much as this one. I also like their "the daily smooth" body butter.
