You could always buy a facial wash or if that doesn't work, try a mask. If nothing else seems to work, consult a doctor.

I have the same pimple problem and I hate it.. What I am doing now is cleanse my face every night to get the dust off... and after that a mask and then moisturizer.. and its doing well for my skin so far.
