Drugstore Foundation for Oily Skin?

I'm looking for a foundation that
- lasts for 8-9 hours
- does not transfer easily
- is good for acne-prone and oily skin
- i can get at CVS
- preferably sheer to medium coverage
- does not oxidize

Revlon ColorStay for combination/oily skin. You can get it at any drugstore for about $12 to $13 depending on where you go. It stays in place and lasts all day. It is more of a medium/full coverage foundation though.

rimmel 24hr stay matte. its medium to full coverage and really stays on.

Revlon color stay is great. I've also been testing the neutrogena shine control(I think that's what it's called) and I like that one as well.
