Hey Ayden,
There are only 2 lipsticks that come to mind when I'm looking at this picture.
A) YSL ROUGE PUR COUTURE in the colour Noir Laque
B) Melt Cosmetics in the colour By Starlight.
These are two very deep shades of purple, however to get the look of the picture you have attached, perhaps you could use a black lip liner to make these two lipstick colours even darker! I hope this has helped you Ayden. :)

Macs nightmoth liner could also work if you used it to fill your kips
