Too much makeup is when your face looks like it's going to fall off. too much makeup is when your cheeks are like barbie's car. too much makeup is when you look like you've put oil on your face. too much makeup is when you look like a clown. and not in a cute way.

I'm a French major in school and we were just talking about the difference in American women and French women is that American women focus a lot on cosmetics and French women focus a lot on skincare to be naturally flawless. I personally am on both sides if that's possible. I like a lot of makeup if its say during nighttime and if its done properly. And of coarse whatever makes anyone feel their best is the whole point of it.

I'm a big skincare person too cause I like having a good canvas for my makeup and days where I just feel like bumming it I can still have decent skin. my skins not perfect but I like it lol.

Honestly I hate when people say someone is wearing too much makeup, it's all about what makes you pretty, wear am much as you want! It people have a problem with what's on your face they clearly are doing it only because they're insecure about their own face.
