It's kinda both. They have urban decay which is also in sephora. They do sell drugstore things but they also have fragrance and hair styling tools. There's an app so you can see what brands and things they have before you drive an hour. Hope I helped:)

It has both, I've only been twice since there isn't one near me but I love it! Nyx, Revlon, Maybelline, Neutragina, Ulta, Essence, Smashbox, Urban Decay, Too Faced, Amazing Cosmetics, just to name a few. They have hair products and nail products too. Sally Hansen, OPI, Nicole by OPI, China Glaze, Orly. I loved it and if it's only an hour away definitely check it out! The closest to me is about an hour and a half then the next closest (I went to this one) is three hours.
