I have realized that I am almost out of the above things. I'm on a budget, so I was wondering if anybody knew anywhere I could get all three of these items for a total of about $18? Or is my budget too low? (Maybe something at Wal-Mart?)

Ok so that is super cheap for all three of those products, what I suggest is for you to go to your local beauty supply store and check out ruby kisses, they have really good quality face products

Yeah you're budget is way too low. a foundation is usually around $12-$15 alone.
$30, like Janae said, would be a decent budget. Revlon Colourstay concealer is great! my favorite drugstore concealer that I've bought. if you want a tinted moisturizer, I'd go with a BB cream. that's basically what they are, plus some other added benefits. I haven't tried a BB cream before, so I can't honestly suggest any brands to you. as for foundation, I used Revlon Photoready foundation before moving on to what I have now. I've heard great things about CoverGirl 3-in-1 foundation as well. people also see. to really like the Fit Me foundations by Maybelline, but I personally didn't :/

all those products should fit within a reasonable budget for makeup (:

You can get the glamafouge concealer from walmart by hard candy
and the foundation by revlon- colorstay approx cost is $9.99 but you might look out for coupon savings sometimes they offer $2.00 off. That is how I save on drugstore makeup. I love the wet and wild powder compact. Controls shine very well and never makes my makeup look dull. Even brightens my face. That one costs about $2.99 at most drugstores.

Maybelline stick concelar I'm sorry I can't remember what the full name is wnw fergie bb cream with maybelline fit me powder its all about $15 you will have a little extra for a pretty gloss:)
