Sounds really crazy but in high school I used butter and ice. Alternated it. Seemed to work for me but slowly. Also arnica cream works wonders

I would say apply an ice pack or something to the skin. bruising is caused by broken blood vessels underneath the skin & applying cold will constrict the blood vessels. I honestly don't know if it will help make it go away, but that would be my best guess.
bruises only take a few days to go away anyways.

Soak a rag in hot water with salt :) it helps my grandma always tells me to do that since I bruise so easily and it helps my bruises and seedling go away within a hour :) hopefully it works for you but remember got to keep the 2 cup water hot with like 2 teaspoons of salt
