My skin is super dry. And I have yet to find a foundation that doesn't flake or clump on my skin.

Try bb creams. They'll be much more hydrating. A good full coverage one is the garnier bb cream, original since you are oily.

I've been using the boots no.7 night cream for very dry skin (purple container). It's amazing and my skin has stopped flaking so I can use any foundation I want!

Mac face and body because of its dewy finish. Maybe even mufe face and body haven't tried it yet though. Anything face and body really. Also moisturize your skin try clean and clear morning glow or aveeno positively radiant.
