I usually go for a neutral eye when I wear a bold lip, but this time I decided to match my eyes to my lips, and I did a red/orange smokey eye with a dark red lip.

I quite liked it but I wanted to know what you guys thought of it - yay or nay?

I'd really appreciate any comments or feedback :~)

Yeah you do look like Jacyln hill, and it looks very nice, the lips really suit your skin. By the way your skin is flawless! What foundation do you use?

@Symone @Resham: I love Jaclyn! She does such amazing makeup! I've never been told that I look like her but that's a huge compliment :~)

@Courtney: Thank you! Having a flawless base is one of the most important things for me. I believe I used the Graftobian Hi-Def Foundation here. It's a beautiful foundation - not fabulous for oily skin (as it's a cream foundation), but if you use a good setting powder (I used Ben Nye's Luxury Powder in Cameo) and primer then it's fine. It photographs fantastically and it's definitely one of my all time faves. The coverage is AMAZING, yet very natural :~)

@Jacqueline: Thank you very much for your feedback! I do purposely round the top part of the liner (near the iris) because my eyes are quite small and close-set, and it creates a more rounded, dolly-eyed look, but I'll certainly try creating a more gradual-width approach next time :~)

I've found that personally, extending the line out horizontally lengthens my eyes and in RL it balances my face quite well. I've tried flicking my liner up, at a more slanted angle, and I believe it actually makes my eyes look smaller, throws off the balance, and just looks a bit odd with my features.

Thank you again - I really appreciate your advice!
