I don't even have that oily skin, its only when I wear makeup that about half way through the day my face gets very oily and I can start to wipe off oil. its nasty and I want to know why it only happens when I wear makeup.

Make sure to use a primer before foundation and set it with a matte powder after you put on foundation! It could be that your foundation isn't meant for oily skin :/

Make sure you are using an oil-free foundation. Use a cleanser with salicylic acid, and if your skin still feels oily, add a toner into your skincare routine. When it comes to setting powder, my favorite drugstore one is Rimmel Stay Matte. You can use a setting spray if you want to prevent your makeup from fading, but it can add a dewy sheen to your face. If your skin is already oily, it might look overly shiny, so just be aware of that!

My skin isn't oily normally, only when I wear makeup. I use covergirl clean powder, and I use a cleanser with salicylic acid aswell.
