Try using a moisturizer that is oil free & use blotting sheets to wipe away oil when needed. Clean and Clear blotting sheets works good, no need for name brands they all work the same.

I just tried a sample I got of Benifits porefessional and I was impressed. I only put it on my noes and forehead and by 10am everything but those places were oily. I went and bought a full bottle after work.

No7 shine free makeup base! Its my secret & my lifesaver<3 I have the oiliest t-zone EVER. So when I came across this in target I had to buy it. I just put it on and then do my normal foundation routine. It stays on all day and I don't even have to blot. Try it!

A sea salt toner is great for oily skin! I use it (I'm exactly like you, have to blot a million times a day) and the toner has decreased the oiliness of my face. Hope it helps!

I have SUPER oily skin all over. This is what I do to stay matte all day. Start with an oil AND spf free mosturizer. Then I use Benifits porefessional primer. Then spray with Urban Decays deslick setting spray. I then use Clinique stay matte foundation. Set with Elfs HD powder (great dupe for MUF's!). Then spray again with Urban's deslick!

Boots brand Expert Instant Matte! (I belive Boots is the same maker of No7- also found at Target right next to the No7 products). I have THE MOST oily + sensitive skin, and this is my life saver- it not only controls the oil, but it doesn't dry or irritate my skin either! Can be applied under or over makeup, and lasts ALL day. I am a surgical vet tech who works 14hr days, running & sweating non-stop. It's a tiny little bottle, inexpensive, but lasts forever!

I am 36 with combination skin that occasionally breaks out, so I was looking for something that moisturizes without adding a bunch of extra oil. My wife (who is SO beautiful and also has combination skin) recommended the Lady Soma Renew Serum that she uses. This really works! My skin is feeling and looking better. I am so satisfied that I have recommended it to family and friends, something I rarely do. My wife always gets mistaken for someone who is at least 10 years younger than she really is. I imagine that is due to her taking good care of her skin and good genetics, but I must say that I think the hyaluronic acid in the Lady Soma Renew Serum helps to keep her (and me) moisturized and to keep the fine lines at bay.

i tried a lot of products, really, a lot, mattyfying toners, oil control creams, oil control face wash, t-zone oil control serum and all the products i use, primer, foundation, compact etc are also oil-controlled while some of them works for a few hour none of them were really perfect ...
that is until i started using milk of magnesia !!! dont beleive me? see this makeupalley review http://www.makeupalley.com/product/showreview.asp/ItemId=10870/
it keeps my nose and the rest of the T zone oil free for hours. i also use dilluted apple cider vengar sometimes as a toner ( not always, i dont like the smell, and i have too many cute toners i dont want to go waste so anyway) you can read about it in makeupalley too . http://www.makeupalley.com/product/showreview.asp/ItemId=52238/ ACV can nutrilize the ph level of your skin which will minimize the oil production
by the way i'm not promoting any brands, any kind of milk of magnesia and organic apple cider vinegar should work
best thing is, they are all natural so you're not putting any chemical on your face...and so cheap as well :)
hope it helps

I use the Milk of Magnesia trick too! It works really well. After doing that and letting it dry, I use the Mattify Cosmetics Ultra Powder and then put on my liquid makeup. It keeps my t-zone from getting oily for several hours before I need to use a blotting paper. Don’t know what my oily face would do without these two products!! I had tried so many crazy expensive products and none of them worked at all. Now I swear by these two.

Effaclar M by La Roche Posay will keep you oil free all day long. Even the Normaderm Acne Mask from Vichy will cleanse and exfoliate your face while leaving you matte for another 8 hours.
