Well, I would do this. take the eyelash curler and curl them. then apply mascara which will make them stay. if you arent allowed to wear mascara, you could put on clear gel which will make them look longer and fuller. I recommend the Great Lash Clear Gel Mascara from Maybelline. its only about $4 $5.

You could try a heated eyelash. If you don't have one, use your hair dryer to heat up the eyelash curler. Also, using waterproof mascara helps the curl last. :)

Use a blow dryer for like 10 seconds be careful it really does the trick.
