Ugh.. my hair is super fragile! really light thin, always super oily! like whenever I touch me hair, it feels like it's going to fall off. and it does that sometimes. I try to keep my hair healthy, but it's useless. anything you guys can recommend please? like good shampoo and conditionr? my doctor told me to cut my hair, but I really don't wanna do that. please guys respond.

Well, all I can say is that if you don't cut your hair, it will keep splitting further and further up the shaft, doing even more damage to your hair. However, it's your choice. In terms of products, I recommend a sulfate and sodium chloride free shampoo and conditioner, like L'oreal EverStrong, and get a good hair mask or leave in treatment, like Macadamia Deep Repair Masque and It's a 10 plus Keratin Leave-In conditioner. You can get all of that at target :)

I have thin oily hair too :(I try not wash my hair so often just twice a week and use dry shampoo since I noticed the more I wash it the oilier it gets try to style it with no heat as much as possible also using a wide teeth wooden comb helped me a lot brushes tend to tear my hair I use argan oil serums and almond oil before I shower and massage my scalp it helps a lot I hope this works for you :)
