Hey guys,
I have been trying to grow my hair forever, and I could really do with some tips. I dye my hair blonde which I know damages hair and I also straighten my hair a lot due to it actually being Curly. I know both these things are not good for your hair and I need some tips really. I use tresemme heat defence when I style and I use deep conditioner from tresemme when I wash my hair. Can anyone give me some advice?? Thank you

Coconut oil treatments saved my hair, I put it all over my hair then sleep with it in and notice a huge difference the next morning after I was it out, I've been doing it for 2 years now and I love it.

Oil oil oil. any oil that suits your hair. I use mustard oil. also brushing it less often helps keep it from too much hair pulling. I have fine hair so I have to be super careful. conditioning also helps a lot.

Use essential oil conditioning treatments like pro naturals moroccan argan oil hair mask once a week and get regular trims to prevent split or damaged ends. Try not to use heat or dyes on your hair either! You can also massage your scalp once a week with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil to help stimulate health and growth, and leave in the oil for about 30-50 minutes to let it sink in and work. This kind of thing is very repairing.
