I don't usually where any eye shadow, but I do where liquid eyeliner. How can I control my oily eyelids? I always end up having the black from the eyeliner go on my lids. What products are good?

I usually apply some of my setting powder onto my eyelids. I find it helps keep any oiliness at bay & helps stop my shadow from creasing. you could also try using an eye primer or setting your liner with black shadow to keep it in place.

I apply primer and I go over my lids with my face powder, also maybe set your liner with eyeshadow.

I have oily eyelids as well. Purchase Urban Decay eyeshadow primer potion and you will not be disappointed. Your eyeliner won't smudge and your eyeshadow won't crease. If you want a heavy duty waterproof eyeliner try Stila Stay All Day Liquid Eyeliner. It literally barely comes off with makeup remover. I however prefer many more liquid liners over this one because I find the Stila one tends to bleed and it has a shiny finish. I'm not sure if you can tell by my picture but I swatched 3 different eyeliners. left is Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Eyeliner, Middle is L'Oreal The Super Slim Liquid Eyeliner, and Right is Stila Stay All Day Liquid Eyeliner. You can see that the right one bleeds a bit but it does stay on better than the others.

I have oily eyelids, try using a good primer, tartes 360 creaseless eye primer, and benefits "stay don't stray" are great for oily lids, also go with a good quality eyeliner. I personally like the Maybeline eye studio gel liner, it's very opaque and matte. You can also set your eyeliner with a black eyeshadow.
