I have the Babyliss Pro Conical Wand and I hate using it because I find it so difficult :( I really want to start curling my hair, has anyone got any tips for using a curling wand or any other ways of curling your hair to get softer big waves? Thank you!

I have really along hair and I love curling mine with I wand. I actually think I have the same one! How I use mine is I hold it in my hand an turn it upside down, using the bottom of the barrel closest to me roots, be careful tho I have scars on my arm from having it slipping! :/

I have a professional Karmin Clipless so I usually get soft curls no matter what. I brush my hair out and use some heat protector, then I tie up sections from the front and leave the back loose to work on first. I take 1 inch pieces of hair and wrap them around the curling wand for 10 seconds and do this with all the hair until I finish the back section. I take down a side section and repeat the steps, then the same with the other side. I separate the curls with my fingers and use some very argan oil styling serum and that's it!
