My mom tried it she said she liked it BUT said the stuff I gave her from the drugstore did the same thing for a more reasonable price

My grandma uses wen it's the only hair treatment she's been using for three years and I used it in my hair when it was really damaged and it's really good actually I like it... My grandma absolutely loves it

I tryed it honestly nothing special. my hair felt dirty faster. there are other cheaper options that are basically the same thing co wash (conditioner only) will give similer results

I use the spray the most out of everything. it helps with second day hair to make it less dry and frizzy. the conditioner I use as a treatment now since it weighed down my hair. I only use it once a week.

Wen is straight up awful. A client brought some in for me to try and I fell in love. of course I had to Google reviews before I ordered any. I came across many websites where women were complaining of hair loss. like major hair loss. a few months after that my client (who brought me the wen) came in and told me that her hair was noticeably thinner. and it was. I would say about 25% of her hair was gone. she had tests ran on her and everything came back fine. She stopped using the wen, and her doctor put her on some prescription shampoo and hair started growing back. Wen clogs the hair follicles making hair fall out. I'm not saying this will happen to everyone, but its very common. also they rip you off like crazy!

I've heard about the hairfall too. wen has menthol in in it and I think there are some who are sensitive to it could be causing the fall out as well. agree w Kelly they do rip you off putting you on auto ship when you never ask then won't refund your money.

Very mixed reviews but I know velen uses it and swears by it from previous post, I would do some more research and find out reviews from people with similar hair to yours, personally it works for me but I have thick dry hair that can't be washed everyday.

I have been using wen for about 6 years.my 3 son's,and my husband use it.my husband and oldest son have super curly hair.none of us have ever had a problem.I bought my son that stuff from the other stores that are supposed to be like wen,and his hair was awful after one use.if wen is used the right way,many ppl have no problems with it.you have to learn how to use it right.if you don't,you'll definitely will not like the out come.I get mine from qvc, and haven't had a problem.

Its great if you are prone to frizz or have curly hair. My hair is kinda thin and before the day was thru my scalp looked like I dunked my head in a mcdonalds fryer. I tried making sure I rinsed it out really really well too but it weighed my hair down. My sisterinlaws mom loves it tho. she has really thick curly frizzy hair and she washes it maybe twice a week.
