Semi Permanent!? Help!

I'm buying hair dye tommorow and I found a gorgeous shade and I was wondering if it was Semi Permanent?! Because I don't want it permanent. Its the Loreal Paris Casting Creme Gloss 1010 Light Iced Blonde. Here's the picture of it.
