Don't use the st Ives. It's too harsh and scratches Ur skin an it's possible for little granules to get into Ur skiin.

I agree with Erica. if u want to splurge, use LaMer exfoliator. It gives me the closest results to actual microdermabrasion.

Avoid St. Ives AT ALL COST. They use nuts in their formulas and they are not perfect spheres. Under a microscope they actually look like shards of glass which tear your top layer of skin which will leave your skin constantly trying to repair itself therefore giving you redness and irritation.

Look for a chemical exfoliator rather than a physical exfoliator. Much less harsh on your skin (physical = beads, nuts, etc.)

Mix some honey and cinnamon into a paste its used for a mask but it also works like a scrub. I don't know if you have heard of true lemon and true lime but its crystallized lemon and lime juice but I put a pack of each in my mixture too so that helps with exfoliating and lemon and lime are good for your skin

I really like my Yes to Carrots Nourishing Exfoliating Cleanser- its creamy, smells nice, and has a gentle texture to it that is perfect for exfoliating. The St. Ives scrubs I use for dry skin on my feet and ankles because I saw a YT video talking about how it can cut and scrape your skin, thus creating infections and more oil production- which makes you want to scrub again. Not good. <3

I use a glycolic acid cream at night a few times a week and a couple days a week I use vivite exfoliating cleanser.

You probably already have it. Mix honey and sugar together. Raw sugar is great but not everyone has that on hand.
