Guys I need some serious help! I have some acne on my back and it just started getting bad because I exercise everyday in a sports bra. I shower, wash my back, and even exfoliate every few days but it won't go away. So embarrassing but I have no idea what to do and I want to wear a backless dress for formal in January!
