I want to get highlights, so my hair will get bleached. I was wondering if I did swimming, would the color come of or will it turn green since it'll be blonde highlights? I've never bleached my hair, so I was wondering.

Well, I have naturally blonde hair and I swim a lot, but if you wash our hair after (I like using the suave kids pool buddy anti-chlorine shampoo) it shouldn't do any harm to your hair color.

I d heard that your hair could turn green maybe if you stay in for too long.. That's not the cAse for me but ask you hairdresser to make sure or look it up on google lol:p.

I have dyed my hair a lot with bleech and I have a pool and during the summer I go swimming a lot and my hair never turns green.

My hair has never turned green after.I dye it blonde. But I also get my hair professionally done. I don't know what the result of box dye would be if you went swimming.

Well my mom has hers professionally done too. but I don't know, you'll have to ask your stylist about it or do some research :)

It's not just died hair, I have a cousin who was born with platinum blonde hair and hers turns green when we swim.
