So my hair is pretty dry cause I used to straighten it a lot my freshman year. I've stopped, I haven't used heat in over6 months. I also do deep conditioning treatments and hot lol treatments once a week. do you have any tips on how to get it healthier?

Emily, if it,s very damaged better start trimming it lil by lil to grt rid of it cause it can,t be restored. And just find "your" products and be careful With heat:-)

Coconut oil! I put it in my damp hair and cover it with a shower cap, then sleep on it and wash it out in the morning. I've only done twice and my hair already feels 100x healthier.

Try anything that has argan oil in it. The Pro Naturals argan oil line is excellent, their products are sulfate, sodium and silicone free so they’re super moisturizing. Coconut oil is really good too.
