I'm looking for a nicely pigmented neutral shadow. Something that is a pinky-nude color with no sparkles so I can wear it for work :) a satin type would be best :)

I'd suggest Nyx or Urban Decay, I love the formulation and pigmentation of both of their satin eyeshadows. I'm sorry I don't have a specific color for you!

Thanks! I've been meaning to try nyx shadows. I do love UD though I have sooo many of their shadows but have yet to find the perfect all over eye color that makes my eyes look bright and pretty!

Try Laced :) it's a pinky UD shade.

I absolutely love the color "Laced" by UD. However I do not recommend it as an eyeshadow to put all over your lid, to me it doesn't stand out that much but it works amazing as a transition colour. I think you would love "Sellout" it's a great pinky champagne with some shine but no glitter. Also check out "Sin" which is more of a champagne colour.

I do have laced already :) love it as a crease color but not so much all over. I had sin before and I loved it so I might have to try that again :)
