Looks like milia. it happens when keratin gets trapped under the skin making the tiny cyst. these are really hard to remove on your own esp where you have yours because you can't exfoliate your eyelid. if you go to the derm they can remove it in a matter of seconds.

It does look like what Danny said millia most people never exfoliate around there eye area ,they do make a eye peel it's a gentle enzyme peel for your eye area to keep these from happening and it also helps with fine lines and the rough texture that one can get around the eye area ,its Isomers eye peel

Lol I'm sorry but I no how you are Danny you will love this just do it once a week when your doing your mask and treatments I love it because you can't get a scrub or glycolic near your eye but this nibbles the dead skin away and stops activation on its own so you don't have to worry about leaving it on to long whoop whoop lol.

I couldn't wait I googled it looks amazing. I have the SIRIUS AURORA one it has red, blue and green attachments the red uses 660 nm red LED light and 880 nm infrared LED light. I have no clue what those numbers mean or if that's good. I definitely don't use it enough though
