My lips are super dry!

This winter cold is making my lips super dry. I want something hydrating. But not sticky. Any recommendations?

I swear by Rosebud Strawberry Salve. I slather that on my lips and it makes them so soft. My lips are crazy dry this time of year so I just exfoliate with sara happ lip scrub and use that salve. It keeps them looking and feeling really great.
