Is nastygal website a legit site? My husband ordered some items from the site and its saying it shipped out on the site but usps is saying only electronic info has been received. Help!!

I'm just worried because he ordered it monday and usps still wasn't showing anything for it and I tried calling nastygals customer service but the 855# on the site was disconnected and the other # just rung
