I think in the morning you could use a Salicylic acid cleanser, a toner (or without) and a cream according to your skin type maybe with vitamin C for a shiny skin
In the night also a cleanser and a serum to help your skin regenerate and rest. Also I think you should use an eye cream to prevent bags and dark circles, apply by massaging gently with the tips of fingers.
Exfoliate 1-2 times a week and maybe in the weekend do a mask to revitalize the skin:-)
