1. My hair gets so staticky and frizzy in the winter so I need to know what I can do for it I have leave in conditioner sprays but they only work for an hour /:

Tinamakeupwearables has a lot of amazing techniques and tutorials on the Fishtail Braid! Maybe you could do a sock bun like this one :) I know it's winter but at least your hair won't be frizzy if it's up.
