I'm 11 and I wear eyeshadow, eyeliner, powder, blush, mascara, highlighter, concealer, and on special occasions foundation. the condition (meaning how much acne/redness/dark spots you have) of your skin contributes in how much face makeup you put on. and then, as long as you parents/ guardian are okay with how much eye makeup you want to wear, go ahead.

I'm 13 and I wear foundation, concealer if I have blemishes, a highlight in my inner corner, and mascara. I dislike when older people say "little kids" shouldn't wear makeup, "little kids" referring to 12/13/14 year olds. Makeup is about the maturity of the girl wearing it, correct application, and knowing what can accentuate your natural beauty without going overboard. Age has little to do with it. My mother has never told me I "could not" wear a certain makeup product, I was allowed to experiment and sometimes learn the hard way what looks good and what does not. You should wear what makes you look and feel your best. hope this helps(:
