Am I the only one not impressed by this pallet?? I feel like the colors aren't as pigmented as they look in the pans. Anyone else feel this way?? Or maybe I'm just not doing it right lol.

Yesenia, I would definitely recommend staying away from Vice. It's over-priced.

Weird, I LOVE mine. Totally different colors than any of my other palettes.. Which is inspiring and a challenge! Maybe try applying most of the color with a flat shadow brush or using a white primer?
