Haha ok so I have another dress I have no idea what to do with... What kind of event should I wear this dress to, and what hair/makeup/shoes should I wear with it? Also, how can I cinch the waist without having to sew it? I tried sewing it a while ago but then I couldn't fit my shoulders through :( help please!

To dress it down you could wear it with a denim jacket or unbuttoned denim shirt and converse.

- my tip for making things tighter...2 words: safety pin
- occasion: any dressy casual
-shoes: nude, black or red
-makeup: pic
