Steam, exfoliate, and use a clay mask, although I know there are other ladies on here that can give you way better advice that is what I do when I find blackheads.

Can you visit a dermatologist once he embed them use stridex pads or clearisil pads to deep clean after cleansing your face. Don't pick or you'll end up with scars.

Blackheads used to be a thorn in my side. Basically to avoid them you have to keep your pores clear on a consistent basis. What worked for me...a deep pore clay mask once a week, glycolic acid serum (17%) in rotation with a retinol cream (OTC). I also use a toner after every cleansing. You stay on top of a similar program you will definitely see a huge difference. The key is staying consistent and patient because you aren't going to see results overnight.
