I need to upgrade my look. I usually have a swagger look but I'm looking for something girly.

Start by buying more girlier staples, like tops and jeans. Think pastel colours and white, and try lace camis and tops. I don't know where you live, but I'm in the UK. I have a fairly girlie/retro/1960's Mod/vintage style, and I get most of my clothes from New Look, Primark, Zara, H&M, Dorothy Perkins, Topshop, USC, boohoo.com, asos.com and Forever 21. Try florals, colour blocks and statement jewellery. Girlie doesn't always mean pink and purple, I wear creams, blues, black, yellow. I never wear pink but I do wear purple:) black leggings are a staple, you can wear them with everything and I find can be mixed up to be girlie or otherwise.
