My 16th birthday is on Tuesday and I have no idea what I should wear for clothes, do with my hair or makeup/nails. I don't want to look over the top but I want to make an effort... Any ideas?(ps. I will be at school _-_)

Something like this would be so cute. Or even leggings and a cute sweater with accessories. For hair, I would use a wand and add a bow.
