Well, maybe not dislike, but you'd prefer not to because it's not your favourite thing to buy, but you fee like you have to anyway because it's "essential" to your look.
Mascara is my thing. I hate replacing it all the time. It's not a "fun" thing to buy for me. I desperately need to get a new mascara and Sephora sent me a defective MUFE Smoky Lash sample so while I'm waiting for them to get back to me about sending me a new and non-defective, I need to go actually use my own money to buy a new mascara, haaaaaaaaaaaa. Because I can't keep doing this waiting crap. Le sigh.
Having to replace primer drives me crazy too.

I agree fully with you Rikki. I hate buying mascaras, but I also feel out of place without it. Eyebrow pencils are also my biggest "I hate you, but I need you" type of products. It seems that no matter how many I buy, they always end up missing and or running out way too quickly for my taste. It sucks even more because I have to sharpen them. *eye roll*

Definetly brow products and mascara. Especially because Australia is limited to Maybeline and LOreal etc....
And concealer. Shopping for concealer frustrates/bores me.

Brushes, for sure. Not that I don't see the point in having good brushes, they're just kind of boring to shop for. At least when I buy makeup, I can play with it and see the results it gives. But I guess none of that would be possible without good brushes, so there ya go.
Also I rarely buy lip gloss because I really don't see the point in it. My lips are pretty pigmented already, and I prefer satin/matte lips, so gloss is something that I usually skip. I'll see these gorgeous colors and I'm disappointed in how they look 90% of the time, so I've basically given up on them.

Primer and mascara are definitely true with me too. Basically staples in general, because they aren't pretty to look at and they always run out! And things like foundation are actually pretty expensive.

I'm going with mascara too! It's a pain in the butt to buy every couple of months since it runs out so fast..

Well, for me it's definitely concealer, cause I can't find the correct color ever. And foundation, which is too expensive here in Brazil, even more than in other countries.

Powder products whether it's to set foundation or a contour/highlight. I think they're the most deceiving until on.

- Makeup remover and cleansing stuff. Sooo boring to buy, ugh!
- High-end foundations. I don't like the price of them, lol.
- Black eyeliners. They're just not so interesting.

I get super anxious when I shop because I'm pretty broke, and if I buy something that doesn't work, I still have to use it up. If I had more money, it'd be face stuff (foundation, concealers, powders, etc.) because I've yet to find something that really works perfectly for me yet.

Having to buy eye make-up remover annoys me to no end. I wish someone would wise up and offer it in a size larger than 4 oz. I would like 16 oz of remover. That would last me at least a year.lol

Facial cleansers, I have sensitive skin so I always end up buying high end. Not a fan of buying mascara either, so expensive and irritating when you know you're at the end of the tube, haha.

Deff my my skin care system! I'm using a Neutrogena skin care kit type thing and it's boring to use and therefore very un-fun to buy. It has little to no smell, and its all white, but it works amazing!

For me it's concealer, mascara, and skin care items. I can never seem to find a concealer that matches my skin well and mascaras are just a pain. I hate researching and buying skin care because I break out a lot and have to be careful with what I buy.
