Value World! haha, or any thrift shop,really. I guess it all depends on what kind of sweater you want. I like oversized, gaudy things, so secondhand is the best thing for me

Idk about prices but forever 21 has the cutest sweaters I've ever seen um one I wanted was like 20$ which is a little much for me but a lot of people think it's cheap so yeah
