What you need to do is every morning and evening, take a bristeling brush en comb your scapl. This will massage your scalp and create faster hair growth , also make sure you don't apply heat to much and if you do, use good hair protector. avacado is also very good for your hair , so try it out! :)

Go natural! try going 3-6 months without applying ANY heat to your hair. Trim your hair before you begin the process (:
