My hair extensions are black.. And they need to be like a dark brown.. How can I achieve that? I have bleaching powered and 40 developer and a 20 developer?

Don't do it. If they aren't virgin (never been processed) then bleaching them would lower the quality. It could help really badly and damage them beyond repair. You would be over-processing them since they are already processed

It's not the same as virgin hair. Companies process it to get that texture and coat it with chemicals
