The more you cut the better your hair will be...just get your ends trimmed you will find your hair grows faster and more healthier...for good healthy hair you need a good healthy diet...deep conditioning treatments and a healthy trim every 6 to 8 weeks xx

If you can get your hands on rosemary oil, nothing will work better, I have been using it for 2 years now and my hair has been through heat, chemical and sun, beach and all kinds of abuse, but my hair growths quick and I hardly have any hairfall or damage. *touchwood*

Rosemary is one of the hidden beauty treasures. Its suppose to stip off all chemicals from hair and leave it clean and over a period of time it reverses the damage.

Yah coconut oil works amazing!! Once a week put the coconut oil in your shaft to ends (not your scalp) and leave it in for 30 minutes and then wash it out. Coconut oil is super. Cheap at trader joes.

Also you should just get an inch or two cut off. If you have any split ends, they will just keep splitting and breaking. If you get your ends cut at least every other month, then your hair will stay healthy. On average, hair grows 1/2 inch a month. If you just get the very ends cut every other month, it will still grow in legnth ;) hope this helps.

First, get trims every 2-3 months, it’ll help get rid of damaged hair and split ends if you have any. Then do a hydrating treatment once a week with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil to moisturize your hair and make it healthy. Leave in the oil in with a shower cap over your head for about 30 minutes to 1 hour to let your hair absorb it. Egg and mayonnaise masks can make your hair look healthier too. Sometimes it’s good to leave it overnight for extra moisture. Personally, I mix it up and use coconut oil some weeks and other weeks I use a Moroccan argan oil hair mask from the pro naturals hair repair system that I buy, it’s pricey but it works.
