It would probably look fine, I have a hard time telling though unless I see the dress and necklace together. I would probably do a sore that would make the ribbon pop, something in a similar color.

If the shoes were a little more lacy or strappy then it would work. The necklace would take away from the dress. A simple necklace would be fine with a pair of earrings
